The Lokesh Kanagaraj directed "THALAPATHY 67" is one of the most awaited movies of 2023. The official title is now out - LEO. It will be an action thriller and the promo features a very menacing-looking Vijay amongst chocolates.
The OTT rights for the movie have been secured by Netflix for a whopping 150 crore rupees.
The superstar is seen working in a chocolate factory and at the same time also making a sword with Anirudh music playing in the background. Fan theories predict that the film will be part of the Lokesh Cinematic Universe of Kaithi and Vikram, which were both blockbusters. They were looking for easter eggs in the promo and were relating some scenes and props to the two earlier films by the director.

All are connecting the chocolate setting to a dialogue by Dilli played by Karthi in Kaithi where he says he had worked in the bakery for three years in prison. This could mean both Leo and Dilli have met in prison, and because Dilli has a connection to Rolex and his cartel, the three men may have known each.
So, as per fan theories, there is a possibility of Kamal Haasan, Surya, Karthi and Fahad Fasil doing a cameo in the movie. And if Lokesh pulls that off it will be a cinematic scoop.
Leo is expected to be a Dusherra release and may hit the big screen on October 19th. The shooting is progressing in Kashmir and Trisha joins Vijay after a long gap of 14 years.
